The Palm Harbor Library Endowment Foundation was incorporated in 1999 to enhance the effectiveness of the Palm Harbor Library. The funds raised by the Foundation are used to supplement the Library’s tax-based services to all citizens.
The Palm Harbor Library Endowment Foundation is led by a group of passionate volunteers determined to financially support the mission of the Palm Harbor Library, helping Library leadership to grow programming and service offerings.
